The "?K9999" needs to be the ID you selected when you joined up and this is the sponsor link that you need to promote and send people to so they can join up under you. If you have your own website, you can redirect it to your sponsor link and just promote your website URL and that way people don't need to remember your ID code as your redirection will put it in automatically.
